Today we live in an atypical social and public health situation, which demands from each one of us responsibility and civility to fight the new coronavirus. The Directorate-General of Health advises us to take social distancing measures, which can often lead to isolation.
In the case of ISEC Lisboa, we know that the changes of these times have taken many to their homes, whether students in distance-learning or teachers and employees in telecommuting. The situation of isolation is crucial to stop the chain of transmission of this virus, but it can also be a time of loneliness and doubts.
In order to facilitate the period of isolation that we are in, whether voluntary or imposed, GAP proposes some strategies to deal with this situation:
